Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and hola4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of this platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
To register and maintain an Account on hola4d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Age Restriction: You must be 21 or older to use hola4d. We conduct age-verification checks as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3.1 Registration requires you to supply accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and national identification number (KTP number for Indonesian residents).
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hola4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone.
3.3 Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Only one Account is permitted per Player. The Platform reserves the right to merge, close or suspend duplicate Accounts and to void any Wagers or winnings associated with them.
3.5 hola4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without being obliged to provide reasons.
3.6 You must keep your registered details up to date. Material changes (name change, new address, new bank account details) must be communicated to support within 14 days.
4.1 hola4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process in compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) standards.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and return of funds.
Accepted deposit methods include local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon) and domestic e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000. There is no standard maximum deposit; higher amounts may trigger enhanced due-diligence checks.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available Balance and cleared KYC status. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within one (1) business day (WIB) under normal circumstances. Processing times may extend during national holidays including Idul Fitri (Lebaran) and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
hola4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual in size or frequency.
The Platform does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transfer charges.

6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers issued by hola4d are subject to specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which take precedence over this general section in the event of any conflict.
6.2 Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance. Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
6.3 Standard wagering requirements range from 20× to 35× the bonus amount. The applicable multiplier and qualifying game categories are stated on each promotional page.
6.4 hola4d reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of exploitative play.
6.5 Bonuses expire within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without compensation.
6.6 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household and IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once via multiple Accounts constitutes fraud.
6.7 hola4d may withdraw, modify or suspend any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their Account.
7.1 All bets are accepted at hola4d's absolute discretion. The Platform reserves the right to limit, refuse or void any Wager without explanation.
7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it may not be cancelled by the Player except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out facility.
7.3 In the event of a technical failure, interrupted connection or system error during the placement of a bet or during a game round, the Platform will investigate and determine the outcome based on server logs. The Platform's determination is final.
7.4 Palpable errors — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds due to human or system error — may be voided by hola4d at any time after acceptance. Any winnings paid out as a result of a palpable error will be reclaimed from the Player's Account.
7.5 Specific rules for football (bandar bola, sports bookmaking), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, slots and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) are published in the relevant game-help sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.6 hola4d may impose individual betting limits and maximum payout caps, which may differ between Players, game types and events. Current limits are displayed in the relevant sections of the Platform.
8.1 hola4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible from your Account dashboard at any time, including deposit limits, loss limits, session-time reminders, reality-check alerts and self-exclusion.
8.2 Players may request a temporary time-out (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

8.4 hola4d reserves the right to impose protective limits on any Account where internal monitoring suggests at-risk behaviour, without requiring the Player's consent.
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the hola4d brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphical elements, text and data — is the exclusive property of hola4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
10.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from hola4d.
11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hola4d makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hola4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings caused by technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
11.3 hola4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds wagered on the Platform. hola4d is not responsible for any financial losses arising from your betting decisions.
12.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
12.2 hola4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
12.3 Upon Account closure initiated by hola4d due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance — including winnings — may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12.4 hola4d will retain transaction records and personal data for the period required by applicable law, even after Account closure.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English.
13.2 hola4d operates as an internationally licensed platform. Players access the Platform of their own volition and are solely responsible for determining whether their use is lawful in their jurisdiction.
13.3 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.1 hola4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or for security reasons.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
